Why European Fabrics?
European mills offer a vast range of fabrics beyond what is produced domestically. Our fabrics offer unique characteristics that only quality mills can produce.
The majority of our fabrics are made of natural fibers like wool and cotton. They're woven much tighter than domestic fabrics and will last much longer. In fact, you can hold a piece of European fabric up to the light and notice how tight the weave is by how opaque the fabric appears. In Contrast, American fabrics, being of a loose weave, feel lightweight and less durable. In order for most domestic fabric manufacturers to make their fabrics heavy enough to be used as upholstery, they must spray a latex backing on to the reverse side of the fabric. European fabrics have such a tight weave that they don't use any artificial backings as one side of the fabric looks as good as the other.
On average our fabric collection will afford you ten times the wearing quality.
